Vision
Excel Soccer Club (ESC) will serve as a private soccer school for dedicated players and aspiring coaches within our communities. We aim to create an environment where any player (he/she) can learn, grow, and compete at every level (Recreational to Professional), fostering a fun, simple, and competitive style of soccer that positively impacts both our club culture and our communities.

Our mission is to continuously innovate and inspire, providing players with the tools, guidance, and environment needed to reach their full potential on and off the pitch. Through the ball and through a simplified, intelligent approach to the game, we develop confident, disciplined, and well-rounded individuals.
Evaluation-Based Entry
All interested players must complete an on-field evaluation and assessment session. This process allows us to determine the appropriate fit and ensure each player is placed in an environment that supports both individual and team success.
Class Level Structure & Brief Class Description
AP/Magnet
- An A+ ESC Technical Score
- Passion Level 100%
- Limited Scholarships
For players with a true passion for the game and a relentless drive to improve their craft. At this level, players receive opportunities that come with no financial requirement for an entire year—a rare chance to train at the highest standard without barriers.
These select athletes must attend 95% of all training sessions, as they will be given the Top Soccer Experience—a place where they can fully express themselves with the ball at their feet and alongside their teammates. ESC evaluation is required.

AP/Magnet Academy
Designed for players who already show special abilities and the determination to compete at a higher level. These players may need more refinement and consistency, but they are on the path to excellence. To qualify, players must score 85% or higher on their evaluation assessment.

Perfect for players with a passion for soccer! We believe every player has the potential to compete and enjoy the game at a higher level. Our program offers the opportunity to be part of a team that shares the same drive, goals, and love for soccer—without the heavy demands of AP/Magnet-level teams. Players are evaluated fairly, and those who score 65% or higher can advance into higher-tier levels, ensuring each athlete grows at the right pace while still playing competitive soccer.

EDUCATION - We believe in developing a healthy environment where any player who has passion for the game will be oriented to respect the game, develop responsibility, and learn the importance of connecting with his/her teammates.
We are students of the game; we are still learning how to be more effective in our communication and abilities to be an effective coach. Therefore, it's important that we instill the importance of Education and Always Being receptive to feedback from your Instructor/Professors about Learning the best manner or habits that will make one the best.
